At least twice a month I write up a decision as I'm making it — a position I'm taking, a deal I'm passing on, a hold I'm reconsidering — with the numbers in front of me and before I know how it turns out. You'll see the reasoning, what I think could go wrong, and what would make me change my mind. Including the ones that don't work, because those are the useful ones.
